Expat Mums Dubai Event Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to an Expat Mums Dubai event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing by Expat Mums Dubai.
Tickets may not be resold without prior written consent from Expat Mums Dubai.
2. Event Changes
Expat Mums Dubai reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event details, including venue, timings, speakers, activities or event format where necessary.
In the unlikely event that Expat Mums Dubai cancels an event, attendees will be offered either a full refund or an alternative event credit at the organiser's discretion.
3. Attendance & Children
Parents and guardians remain solely responsible for the supervision, safety and wellbeing of their children at all times during any Expat Mums Dubai event.
Expat Mums Dubai does not provide childcare services and does not assume responsibility for supervising children attending events.
4. Third-Party Venues & Providers
Many Expat Mums Dubai events are hosted at third-party venues, including cafés, restaurants, museums, children's activity centres, play spaces and other family-focused venues.
Any facilities, activities, classes, play equipment, food, beverages or services provided by a venue or third-party provider remain under the operation and responsibility of that venue or provider.
Attendees may be required to comply with additional venue-specific policies, waivers or terms of entry.
5. Health & Safety
Attendees participate in events at their own risk.
Attendees are responsible for determining whether an event, venue or activity is suitable for themselves and their children.
Any accidents, injuries, losses or damages occurring in connection with venue-operated facilities, activities or services should be reported directly to the relevant venue or provider.
6. Photography & Videography
Photography and videography may take place during events for marketing, social media and promotional purposes.
By attending an event, attendees consent to the use of photographs and video footage in which they or their children may appear unless they notify Expat Mums Dubai in advance or upon arrival that they do not wish to be photographed.
7. Code of Conduct
Expat Mums Dubai is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe or disrespectful towards other attendees, venue staff or partners.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expat Mums Dubai shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, theft, accident, delay or inconvenience arising from attendance at an event, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
